The project
Garden Sweet is a beloved Colorado farm offering fresh produce, flowers, and unforgettable experiences on-site. Their previous website was built in WordPress, but it lacked the ability to align with their business tools or scale with their offerings. Because their point-of-sale system already lived in Square, we made the strategic decision to rebuild their entire site using Square’s website platform—bringing sales, memberships, and customer experience under one cohesive roof.
The solution
We focused on building a more intuitive, self-service website that could handle everything from farm memberships to event ticketing and checkout. By integrating SimpleTix, we enabled mobile ticketing and real-time guest check-ins—all within the Square ecosystem. This empowers both customers and the farm staff: visitors can book flower picking, date nights, or photography sessions with ease, and the team can track attendance and reduce administrative overhead—all in one platform.
The approach
We redefined the farm’s voice and tone to better reflect the joy and warmth of the on-site experience. Using a combination of stunning photography, engaging video, and user-focused copy, we created a streamlined digital experience that mirrors the magic of the farm. Every button label, booking flow, and content section was crafted with clarity and intention—making it easier for people to explore offerings and take action.
The results
The new website enhances the full customer journey—from discovery to checkout. Visitors enjoy a faster, easier way to plan their visit, while the farm benefits from better operational efficiency and reduced admin work. With Square and SimpleTix working together, Garden Sweet now has a scalable, integrated platform built for growth.
